Before reaching out about a ruler that "printed the wrong size," it's almost always a print scaling issue — run the credit-card accuracy test first and set your print dialog to 100% / "Actual size" with no "Fit to page." That resolves the vast majority of accuracy questions we get without needing a reply.

We aim to respond to genuine questions and bug reports within a few business days. For general feedback on the tool, feel free to mention which ruler page or feature you were using.
